Module II students will also need Illustrated Essentials of Musculoskeletal Anatomy by Seig and Adams (Megabooks) in addition to their books from Module I. One other book is recommended, but not required: The Concise Book of Muscles by Jarney and Williams.

A $150 non-refundable registration fee must accompany your application and will be credited toward the total fee. Deposits need to be in 30 days prior to the class starting. The remainder of the fee ($950) is requested to be paid by the end of the fourth weekend, though can be paid earlier (which is appreciated).
